After an ambulance has taken the injured driver to hospital, Sam answers the man's ringing mobile phone, only to hear an ominous message which pulls him into a case of kidnap and mistaken identity. With the help of the council's mail boy (Corden), he tries, haphazardly, to get to the bottom of the case.
